We build in-house studio models either from scratch or optimise the one you have.
Why Create An In-house
Brands are creating their own in-house studio or agency, ranging from artwork, design, creative development through to a full end to end creative and production model.
Building an IHA is about bringing the creative closer to the brand team, solving the business problem and getting to the creative solution together. An IHA is entrenched in the business just as much as the marketing team, it allows the creative team to be at the very start of the process, interrogating the business challenges to create work which really makes a difference to the brand and its audience.
Brands are embracing the IHA model, it allows the brand to build out their capability, raise creative standards and drive true collaboration between marketing and ‘creative’.
We still believe brands need agency partners to allow for fresh thinking and a different perspective to challenge the brief, but both teams are not rivals, they collaborate and play to each other’s strengths.
Embracing the hybrid model, agency plus IHA can only be a good thing.
